Md. Moniruzzaman Khan achieved Doctor of Business Administration
We are delighted to Congratulate Md. Moniruzzaman Khan for being awarded a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. He is an esteemed faculty of the Business school of Canadian University of Bangladesh.
His
doctoral thesis, titled “Corporate Image
and Product Brand Identity Mix: A Study of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Sector of
Bangladesh” explores corporate branding strategies, corporate reputation,
and FMCG branding. He is passionate about Branding and Brand Management; he is
committed to peruse further study and research on Brand Management arena.
He began
his academic journey at the University
of Dhaka, earning a BBA and an MBA majored in Marketing. After that, He
embraced his doctoral journey and achieved this DBA degree from the center of
excellence of business education, IBA.
At Canadian University Bangladesh, Dr. Khan integrates his rich academic background and research insights into his teaching, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and practices. We are proud to have him as an important member of our academic community, where his dedication to education and research enriches our institution and inspires our students.
With over a decade of experience in teaching, he has navigated a spectrum of courses, fostering a teaching philosophy that views students as co-creators of knowledge. Cling to theoretical discussion in class, his teaching landscape ranging from industry visit, corporate grooming by visiting corporates, case-study presentation, leveraging knowledge by inviting industry expert in the university premises, audio-visual projection of national and international practices, discussing relevant high-impact articles, group project from field level discovery and so on. Certainly, these are tailored as per students’ interest.
Dedicated and driven, he aims to make significant contributions to organizations by turning research into practical applications and mentoring future marketing talent. He values hard work and effective collaboration in achieving organizational objectives. With excellent presentation and communication abilities, he seeks to connect academia with the corporate sector, fostering innovation and creativity in every role he undertakes.
His area of specialization is trendy and unique. He is really a gem in the community. Now that he has completed such a milestone, we believe, he is destined to do many more great things and contribute to the future world of Brand Management.
