-IMA cadets can transfer up to 75 Credit Hours to Canadian University of Bangladesh after completing a 2-year course, including one-year industry apprenticeship.

-Sharing of facilities and practices in maritime education and simulation.

Student & Faculty Exchange:
-Exchange students attending classes at host university. Certificate of attendance may be provided.

-Initiate research together via NSU Office of Research and CUB Research Center.

- Organize sports tournaments between NSU and CUB.

Scope: Discounts and Internship
CUB offers a 5% additional tuition fee waiver to all Padma Bank employees, including their siblings, spouses, and children, for all CUB programs. CUB ensures admission discounts through the Goodwill Ambassador Card, which will be issued to employees. Moreover, internship opportunities to final year students and graduates of CUB at Padma Bank can be achieved from this MoU.
Scope: Collaborations
-Establish a "2+2" pathway for BBA students from CUB to complete BA (Hons) Accounting.
-Offer a "1+1" pathway for CUB MBA students to attain the Binary MBA.
-Provide CUB MBA holders with a Dual MBA pathway.
-Implement a "3+1" articulation, allowing completion of the final year of the bachelor's degree at Binary for CUB BBA students.
-Jointly undertake Research and Conferences.
-Extend partial scholarships to CUB academics for pursuing the Binary PhD program.

The collaboration aims to empower graduates for successful job pursuits, both in-person and through video interactions.

Parties collaborate for:

The universities agree to promote:

-Agreement effective from signing, initial period five years, renewable if no termination intent.

-After completing a two-year course at MMA, cadets can pursue a Shipping and Maritime -Science degree at Canadian University of Bangladesh. Up to 75 Credit Hours may be transferred, including a year of sea time/apprenticeship.
-Both parties aim to foster contact and cooperation in education and training.
-Exchange of educational system and policy information for educational reform is encouraged.
-Joint conferences, exhibitions, and symposia on shared interests will be promoted.
-MMA will extend its facilities for marine-related endeavors.
