Sabiha Mehzabin Oishee is an avid social activist, teacher and a lawyer. She is currently pursuing her second LLM at the University of Glasgow. She is the Founder of Bangladesh Forum for Legal and Humanitarian Affairs, an organization that works to promote access to justice, legal and humanitarian rights and enlightening the youth with their legal responsibility. She is the first Bangladeshi woman to receive the prestigious DLA Piper Global Scholarship. Additionally, she is the recipient of the prestigious ‘Lex Falcon Global Awards’. She completed her education from North South University, with a ‘Magna Cum Laude’ distinction in both her Bachelor’s and Master’s. Then she completed her Post Graduate Fellowship in Business Leadership from University of Oxford. She has been awarded many national mooting awards as a mooter during her university days, and is a published writer. She has completed her Fellowship with USAID and has received an award for her remarkable work with the transgender community in Bangladesh.
