Our esteemed Department of Law warmly welcomed the new law students of Spring ’25 and bid farewell to the graduates of Summer ’24 through an inspiring Orientation and Cultural Program organized by the Law Department’s Cultural Club on 18th January 2025 at the CUB Auditorium.

The vibrant event brought together faculty members, students, and alumni in a celebration of academic milestones and new beginnings. Senior students graciously extended their welcome to the newcomers of Spring ’25, while heartfelt farewells were offered to the graduates of Summer ’24, with blessings and best wishes for their future endeavors.

We were honored to hear inspiring words from esteemed guests, including Professor Dr. H M Jahirul Haque, Honorable Vice-Chancellor of CUB; Professor Dr. Gias U Ahsan, Honorable Pro-Vice-Chancellor; and Mr. A.S.M.G. Faruk, Registrar and Director of Admission and Public Relations. Additionally, Mohammad Sunzad Sheikh, Assistant Professor & Chairman of the Department of Law, warmly welcomed the freshers and encouraged the graduates to embrace their bright futures.

The program, coordinated by Ms. Sumaiya Islam Mrittika, Lecturer, Department of Law, and Moderator of the Law Cultural Club, featured a series of cultural performances, showcasing the incredible talent within the department. These captivating performances embodied the spirit of creativity and artistry, creating a memorable experience for all attendees. The graduates reflected on their remarkable four-year journey, recounting cherished memories and milestones, while warmly welcoming the newcomers. They expressed heartfelt gratitude to the faculty members for their unwavering guidance and support throughout their academic life. Additionally, they shared their aspirations and career goals, inspiring the fresher’s to dream big and embrace the opportunities ahead.
